1) Information We Collect
- Contact Information: name, mobile phone number, role, business/salon name.
- Message & Media Content: text, images, captions, approvals, and related workflow messages sent to or from the Service.
- Technical & Usage Data: timestamps, IP address, device and app info, message metadata, logs, and interaction data.
- Account/Settings Data: preferences (e.g., tone/hashtags), routing/approval settings, and platform tokens/IDs you connect (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Page or IG User IDs).
Note: If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook/Instagram), we may receive identifiers and permissions necessary to post content you approve.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (AI caption generation, previews, approvals, posting to connected pages/accounts).
- Operate messaging workflows (send previews, collect approvals/denials/edits, deliver system notifications).
- Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service (analytics, logging, fraud and abuse prevention).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- Communicate with you about service changes, security, and support.
SMS is operational/transactional only. We do not send promotional SMS.
3) Mobile Information & SMS
- We do not sell, rent, or share mobile subscriber information (phone numbers, SMS opt-in/opt-out data, message metadata) with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Mobile information may be shared only with service providers acting on our behalf to deliver and maintain messaging, under confidentiality obligations.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5) Data Retention
We retain personal and message data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Logs and backups may persist for a limited period consistent with these purposes.
6) Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7) Your Choices & Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Withdraw SMS consent anytime by replying

We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
8) International Users
If you use the Service from outside the United States, you consent to transferring, processing, and storing your information in the U.S. and other locations where our service providers operate.

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to request removal.
10) Third-Party Links & Platforms
The Service may include links to third-party sites or allow connecting third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram). We are not responsible for those services’ privacy practices. Review their policies before connecting or using them.
11) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post updates here and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the changes.
