Vendor Brand Integrations (Pro Plan)
How Pro salons can automatically receive and post professionally produced campaigns from beauty brands like Aveda, Redken, and Wella — adapted to your salon's own voice.
What Are Vendor Feeds?
Vendor Feeds are a Pro plan feature that connects your salon to the MostlyPostly Vendor Repository — a curated library of campaigns submitted by professional beauty brands including Aveda, Redken, Wella, and more.
When a brand submits a campaign, Pro salons can enable that brand's feed and MostlyPostly will automatically create posts using the brand's product photos and campaign details. Every post is adapted to match your salon's individual tone of voice — so it sounds like you, not a press release.
Why It Matters
Brand-sponsored content gives your salon a stream of professional, product-focused posts without creating anything from scratch. You get polished campaign imagery and copy that's already been developed by the brand — all you do is flip a toggle.
For brands, it's a direct channel into thousands of salon social feeds, reaching real guests at the point of service. For salons, it's effortless content that positions your team as knowledgeable professionals who carry leading product lines.
This Feature Is Coming Soon
Vendor Brand Integrations are available on the Pro plan and currently being actively developed. The toggle interface to enable or disable individual brands will appear in Admin → Vendor Feeds once your salon is on the Pro plan.
💡 Pro Tip
You don't need to do anything to get ready. Once the feature launches, all Pro salons will see a new Vendor Feeds section in their Admin panel. You choose which brands to activate — you're always in control of what gets posted.
How It Works (When Available)
Here's the end-to-end flow once Vendor Feeds are live:
-
1
Brand submits a campaign
The brand provides product photos, product name and description, campaign name, expiration date, posting frequency cap, brand hashtags, tone and messaging direction, CTA instructions, and service pairing notes.
-
2
Pro salon enables the brand feed
From Admin → Vendor Feeds, you'll see all available brands in the repository. Toggle any brand on to start receiving its campaigns.
-
3
AI adapts each post to your salon's voice
MostlyPostly uses the brand's campaign details along with your salon's configured tone of voice to generate a caption that feels native to your salon — not generic brand copy.
-
4
Posts queue within your schedule
Vendor posts respect your existing posting window, spacing rules, and frequency cap settings. They don't override or flood your schedule.
-
5
Expiration dates are enforced
No posts are published after a campaign's expiration date. You'll never accidentally post a holiday promotion in January.
-
6
Manager approval (if required)
If your salon requires manager approval, vendor posts go through the same approval queue as stylist-submitted posts. You review and approve before anything goes live.
-
7
Campaign analytics shared
Performance data for vendor posts is available in your Analytics dashboard. Brands also receive aggregated campaign performance data across participating salons.
Upgrading to Pro
Vendor Feeds are exclusive to the Pro plan at $249/month (or $224/month on annual billing). The Pro plan also includes unlimited stylists, 500 posts per month, and support for up to 5 salon locations.
To upgrade, visit your Billing page and select the Pro plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
